When facing the Nimitz Highway, the car rental center is located just to the right of the multi-level car park. There are also a number of additional car rental firms which are located off-site and fed by shuttle buses.

Many of Oahu's main tourist resorts and destinations are located close to Honolulu, on the southern side of the island. A large number of people staying in Honolulu choose to drive to Waipahu, which is situated around 14 miles / 23 km to the northwest, with a journey time of approximately 20 minutes. Parking is rarely a problem in Honolulu, with many of the best resort hotels having their own parking areas and nearby garages. The main cars parks can be found along Alakea Street, Queen Street, Bishop Street and at the Fort Street Mall.
